Due to the increase of COVID cases in our area, the Credit Union will be moving to Drive-thru Service Only effective Friday, November 27, 2020.  Branch lobby service will be by appointment only with the Credit Union continuing to operate under our normal business hours.

are available 365/24/7

College Scholarship Program

 2020 College Scholarship Program

 

Premier Source Federal Credit Union in conjunction with the Pioneer Valley Chapter of the Cooperative Credit Union Association is pleased to announce the 2020 College Scholarship Program.

Students have the opportunity of being awarded up to $2,000 in scholarship money through the Pioneer Chapter with two additional $1,000 scholarships being awarded by Premier Source FCU.

Premier Source FCU's Scholarships

Bruce Oldershaw Memorial Scholarship - $1,000

Established in Memory of a former Credit Union Director, to recognize an outstanding high school senior who is enrolled in an undergraduate educational degree program.

Joseph Cienciwa Memorial Scholarship - $1,000

Established in Memory of a former Credit Union Director, to recognize an outstanding high school senior who is enrolled in an undergraduate business degree program.

The contest is open to high school seniors who will be enrolled in an undergraduate college degree program during the 2020-2021 academic year.  Applicants, or their parents/guardians, must be members of Premier Source Federal Credit Union.

To enter, each student is required to compose and submit a typewritten essay of up to 250 words based on the theme below.  Applicants will be judged on their essays, grades and extracurricular or community activities.

All eligible entries must be received by Premier Source Federal Credit Union by Friday, February 28, 2020 to be considered.

 “What person or event has been an inspiration to you and how has it affected you and your outlook on life?”

Eligibility

  • Limited to high school seniors who will be enrolled in an undergraduate college degree program during the 2020-2021 academic year.
  • Applicant or parent/guardian must be a member of Premier Source FCU

 

Required Documentation for Submission

  • A current Association Scholarship Application form
  • An academic transcript of grades
  • SAT/ACT Scores
  • List of extracurricular activities and volunteer work
  • An essay – which should be no more than 250 words in length
