Mortgage Error Resolution

If you believe there has been an error relating to your mortgage loan, please inform us in writing (e-mails are not accepted).

We will acknowledge receipt of your request in writing within 5 days and will resolve your error or honor your request in writing by 30 days.

Include the following information when submitting an error resolution request:

  • Your full name
  • Information that enables PSFCU to identify your mortgage loan account
  • A description of the error you believe has occurred
