As COVID-19 continues to spread, the global impact on the economy also continues to grow at an unprecedented speed. The global healthcare crisis turned into an economic one affecting people financially in all countries and states.

One thing that is clear during this time is that the government relies on financial institutions to provide their customers with financial assistance that they are seeking during this time. Financial institutions have been responding to the crisis by modifying loans, waiving fees, offering lower-rate loans and more to financially assist people during the pandemic.

At Premier Source Federal Credit Union, the health and safety of our members and staff have always been a top priority. We’ve been working hard to protect our members’ physical and financial health. If you are experiencing financial difficulties due to COVID-19, we here for you and can provide you with assistance. Pandemic Assistance Loan 

Our Pandemic Assistance Loan with a 5.99% APR* is designed to help members as well as non-members who have been negatively impacted by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Members and non-members must meet eligibility qualifications for this loan. We offer a minimum loan of $500 and a maximum loan of $3,000 for current members and $1,500 for new members. The first payment is automatically deferred for two cycles, meaning that it is not due for at least 60 days after the loan is booked. Digital Banking Services 

To limit potential exposure during this time, we encourage our members to stay home and utilize our Online and Mobile Banking services to handle all essential banking transactions. With Premier Source FCU digital banking services, you can pay bills, transfer funds, view your statement and transaction history, and more with 24/7 access from your mobile device or computer. We also provide our members with a 24-hour Telephone Banking service that lets you access and manage your accounts safely and securely anytime, anywhere by calling 413.525.2002 option 4.

Additionally, we provide online loan applications for certain lending products on our website. If you need to apply for a loan with Premier Source FCU, please visit our website to access our online applications.

 

Drive-Up Banking Services 

To ensure our members and staff are protected while continuing to assist members with their financial needs, we’ve been operating via drive-thru access only since March 17, 2020. While encouraging our members to utilize digital banking, we are opened for drive-through visits and by appointment only during our business hours. Our representatives are also available via phone at 413.525.2002 to assist you with your banking needs as well as schedule an appointment if needed.
