Changes to Branch Service effective Friday, November 27th, 2020

Due to the increase of COVID cases in our area, the Credit Union will be moving to Drive-thru Service Only effective Friday, November 27, 2020.  Branch lobby service will be by appointment only with the Credit Union continuing to operate under our normal business hours:

           Monday - Thursday:      9:00am - 4:00pm
           Friday:                         9:00am - 5:00pm
           Saturday:                     9:00am - 1:00pm

Credit Union Representatives are available via phone 413.525.2002 to assist you with your banking needs as well as schedule an appointment if necessary.

We encourage all Members/Non-Members to make appointments for transactions that cannot be done at the Drive-up, as well as new account openings and loan closings.

Online, Mobile Banking and the 24hr Hotline Telephone Banking System 

are available 365/24/7

Credit Union Lobby Opening Monday, October 5, 2020

We are please to announce that the Credit Union Lobby will be open for Member transactions starting Monday, October 5, 2020.    The Branch experience will feel quite different than before as we continue to follow all health and safety guidelines by wearing masks and gloves, utilizing plexiglass shields, and disinfecting our equipment and branch surfaces. 

Members/Non-Members are to utilize the intercom system located outside the Lobby door to gain entrance.  Each Member/Non-Member will be instructed to remove any headwear, lower their face mask to below their chin as well as present a government issued id before access to the Lobby will be granted.  Please note that the Credit Union's Lobby occupancy is limited to four (4) Members/Non-Members allowed inside at a time.

For the safety of Members and Staff, we ask that you follow the social distancing guidelines when transacting business in the Lobby as well as adhere to Staff safety requests.  Please remember that everyone is required to wear a mask while inside the branch.

We encourage all Members/Non-Members to make appointments for transactions that cannot be done at the Drive-up, as well as new account openings and loan closings.

Premier Source Federal Credit Union would like to reassure you that the health, safety and service of our Members and Staff is always our top priority.

Beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020 we will be moving to drive-thru access only.  Our Business Hours will be the same with deposit account openings and lending services by appointment only. Credit Union Representatives are available via phone-413.525.2002 to assist you with your banking needs as well as schedule an appointment if needed.

All transactions will be directed to the Drive-Up during normal operating hours.

In response to the rapidly evolving events surrounding COVID-19 (also called novel coronavirus), we would like to assure you that Your Local Bank - Premier Source Federal Credit Union (PSFCU) is taking precautionary measures to ensure our Members and Staff are protected while we continue in assisting Members with their financial needs.

Our plan is to maintain a safe environment for Members who visit our office.  In an effort to do so, you may notice Staff wearing gloves when handling cash as well as disinfecting surfaces on a regular basis.  We have also made hand sanitizer readily available to all Members and Staff.  Additionally, detailed Centers for Disease Control (CDC) flyers have been posted throughout the Credit Union visible to Members and Staff.

For those members who do need to visit our office, please follow the CDC recommendations to help prevent the spread of this and other illnesses:

  • Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Utilize hand sanitizer
  • Cover your cough/sneezing and avoid touching your face
  • Maintain a six-foot distance from others who are exhibiting symptoms
  • Avoid shaking hands, hugs and high-contact surfaces that can spread the virus
  • Stay home if you are ill

At this time, we expect to keep regular business hours. In the event we do need to adjust our hours or close, we will provide notice via our website, local television stations, Facebook and email.

Covid-19 Updates

Community Shred Day

Shred Day April 11th, 2020 - Cancelled 

Unfortunately, due to the recent global outbreak of COVID-19, our community shred day has been cancelled for the safety of our members and staff.

Not to worry though! Premier Source will host another shred day on September 19th, 2020 from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Save up your shredding and come visit us then!


Call to the 2020 Annual Meeting

In accordance with Article X, Meeting of Members, Sections 1 and 2, of the by-laws this is the official call of the Annual Members Meeting which will be held on Wednesday, the 23rd of September. At five thirty in the evening.

Members shall act on Annual Meeting business as outlined in Article XII, Elections to the Board of Directors, of the by-laws for the election of Directors

The members at each Annual Meeting, shall fix the maximum amount to be loaned to any one member, Chapter 171, Section 24 of the Massachusetts General Laws.

TruStage Insurance Program Changes in Response to COVID-19

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis continues, member financial stress seems to grow daily, and credit unions are stretched trying to meet their financial needs while also meeting new and varying state requirements.

To help you through these difficult times, CUNA Mutual Group has reviewed all recently issued state mandates and is taking action to support your credit union and members. Effective March 12, 2020, we will not cancel or nonrenew any policies for failure to pay premiums due for 90 days for the following TruStage Insurance Program products*:

  • AD&D Insurance
  • Health Insurance
  • Life Insurance

In addition, Liberty Mutual is also prepared to work closely with any member that needs assistance on deferring Auto or Homeowner payments to avoid cancellation of the policy. Please direct members to the Liberty Mutual COVID-19 webpage for more information.
